In the course of my 17 years of practice, I've developed a creative approach to solving clients' legal problems. Each case is unique and one technique of problem solving can't necessarily be applied in all situations. For example, I believe in pursuing alternative methods of dispute resolution, to settle disputes outside of the courtroom. On the other hand, there are instances when traditional litigation becomes necessary. If a case can't be settled amicably, I'm willing and able to take the matter to trial.
